Calculating Shipping
To Calculate shipping costs, choose the most expensive "First Item" cost, then add the "Additional Item" cost for each additional item.
For Example: When shipping a Photo Mug and a Photo Book via ground, the shipping cost will be $7.99 (photo mug first item) + $2.00 (additional item photo book) = $9.99
Standard Shipping for Prints
Prints sent by Standard Shipping will be sent via First Class US Mail. Note, there will not be tracking information available for these shipments. In the event of a mixed shipment with prints and some other item, Standard Shipping will be sent via Fedex Ground service.
*Oversize Items
Framed prints are not eligible for free 2nd day air or shipping class upgrades available with plus or premium membership. If one side of the framed print is larger than 21", then it is an oversize item.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times vary depending on when the order was placed, and what shipping method was chosen. Typical production time is up to 4 days during normal periods, and up to 7 days during holiday period. Under normal circumstances, your product will be produced and shipped in the order it was received. We will make every effort to deliver your product on time, and inform you of the status of your order, We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive when promised. If there are delays in production, we will inform you via the email address on file.
First Class Mail >> up to 12 days
Ground >> up to 8 days
2nd Day Air >> up to 6 days
Next Day Air >> up to 5 days
